STRAIGHT NOTE

$ 29,120.00 , Wisconsin November 19 , 2015

On OR BEFORE: March 10, 2021 and for value received I promise to pay
to DAVID L. COOPER AND DAVID LEE COOPER SENIOR, MINISTER DAVID L COOPER INC, A JUNYA CORPORATION MPS
or order at 5864 North 84th Strt Apt 1 MILW WI 53225 the sum of TWENTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY AND NO/00 ----------- Dollars with interest from November 19, 2015 until paid, at the rate of 9% percent per annum, payable INTEREST ONLY MONTHLY, OR MORE, in the amount of $210.00, beginning March 10, 2021, and continuing until December 28, 2021 at which time the remaining principal balance and accrued interest will be due and payable in full.
Trustor herein has the option to extendthe final due date for an additional year (1 year), and consideration for same Trustor agrees to reduce the principal balance of the Note by a 10% reduction.

In the event that any installment shall be overdue in excess of 15 days a late charge of 5% of the payment due shall be charged by the holder of the note.

In the event of sale, transfer, conveyance, or alienation of the property described in the deed of trust securing this note, or any part thereof, or any interest therein, whether voluntary or involuntary, beneficiary shall have the right of acceleration, at it option to declare this note, irrespective of any maturity date expressed herein,**
Should the interest not be so paid it shall thereafter bear like interest as the principal. Should default be made in payment of any installment of interest when due, the whole sum of principal and interest shall, at the option of the holder of this Note, become immediately due. If action be ins----uted to enforce payment of this Note, I promise to pay a reasonable sum as attorney's fees. Principal and interest payable in lawful money of the United States. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the amount of interest payable under the terms of this Note shall in no event exceed the maximum amount of interest permitted to be charged by law date hereof. This Note is secured by a deed of trust to Milw Board Of School Directors, Trustee.
