Please be careful. Thought I was renting a nice home for my family. I was scammed by a man named Frank Grant. He claimed to be the owner gave me and my husband a tour of the home with our infant daughter in hand. We gave him our money and we receive what we thought was a valid and authentic lease with keys to the property. Coincidentally the exact time that we arrived to move in the "supposed" owner was on-site screaming we had no right to be there. Needless to say we were left homeless without our money or anyone to help us. If I can help one family avoid this tragic misfortune I've succeeded. Please demand to see a deed dealing with anyone and this property.

House not in good condition we live here now n was forced to hold rent vecause the landlord, louis castro havent done any fixing theres mold, water damage throughout the whole house plumbing problems basement gets flooded when it rains bathroom n kitchen sinks are in bad condition, roof leaks in every room. L& i failed this house wiyh 13 violations. We waiting to go to court now. I hope nobody is looking to buy this junk the lanlord is a scam artist.
