Either two bedrooms or three, depending on if you use the larger room for a dining room because it's right off the kitchen. One bathroom. Central heat with propane furnace. All other electric. Approximately nine miles from Chillicothe.

630 is very haunted ....stay away or enter the long driveway at your own risk. Warning, Ammie will not want you there! Trust me, I've lived there and was in videos with entities and orbs. Also Ammie froze to death in the woods there. A strange man and woman who smoke alot inhabit the land...weird noises, weird sightings, random locked doors will open, and 3 loud knocks on windows and doors with noone there...ughhhh ....all of it. Dont go!

Lived in house 2005-2007. I think the house may be haunted. Weird noises in house after opening up a small hole in the wall in bedroom closet to see if there was another room on other side of wall. Only started hearing noises after opening up the wall. Not sure who lives there now. It is a older Victorian house and a creepy basement.
