THE ADDRESS LOCATION OF THIS HOME SEEMS TO BE MISSING. IT IS 461 GOLD CREEK ROAD SAPPHIRE NC 28741. MY HUSBAND AND I WENT THRU A VERY BASTY DIVORCE. HE RAN OFF WITH A WOMAN IN HIS OFFICE MORE THAN HALF HIS AGE. DURING THE PERIOD OF MAY 2012 THRU MAY 2015 IT WAS LEFT VACANT. NOT GOOD FOR A MTN HOME. HIS LIMO DRIVER ENTERED THE HOME AT ONE POINT AND LEFT THE HOMES BACK DOORS OPEN. AS A RESULT OF HIS CARELESSNESS THE HOME WAS USED AS A DUMPING GROUND FOR ALL SORTS OF WILD ANIMALS. AND THEY URINATED ON EVERYTHING AND PRETTY MUCH DESTROYED THE HOME. MOLD SPRANG UP AS WELL ALL INSIDE THE HOME AND IT IS CURRENTLY IN BAD NEGLECT EVEN NOW IN 2018!!

the house is torn apart. its had wild animals residing in it as it was vacant for more than 3 years. husband ran off and abandond the home no running water or heat or ac for three years its run down and in very bad shape

this house has been badly neglected for over three years as a result of an ongoing divorce. there has been no heat or ac to the home during this time wild animals got into the home and urinated all over everything there has been no maintenance of any sort done to the home since june 2012 almost three years . it has been left vacant and abandond.
