Beautiful 1915 Sears Craftsman style Bungalow. Beautiful Oak Trim throughout but it has been painted over. We have been stripping the paint and restoring the Oak. We've had it rewired and removed all knob and tube, installing high-grade lightning arrestor and Panel mounted whole house surge protector.. Major renovations fixing the extensive damages done over the years by waterline leaks. Mr. and Mrs. Holland lived here prior for over 50 years. Both bathrooms are quite badly rotted. Choosing one of them, we've just about created a fully gutted and revamped with beautiful polished marble tile and warming netting under the tile floor.. We've also installed a laundry room area and utility sink in our mudroom area. Painting the whole house this summer should be completed by Aug.
