Oh please Debi! You are outright ridiculous! And misinformed might I add! You would not ever stand a chance in court with me abs as a matter of fact if by any means would had been found in default of any money outed to you then you wood had been awarded money as well as immediate eviction and possession of the property! But of the 3 times you attempted to sure for unpaid rent and whatever you feel we may have outed you which clearly the court saw right thru your evil intent I would pay it just like I paid my rent to you and at the hotel! Please do continue to pray as you dedicated need God and His words to live by! You people are sick individuals! Instead of slandering lies trying to cover your self and demented son who will soon be behind bars you should invest that time in God's house where you could practice a religion in which you are attempting to preach! Allow me to enlighten all of you who read the comments here that my husband is a sex offender in which I am his alleged victim having been 15 and he just turned 18! He had not been on probation nor pale since 2009 and received a complete override from Ks Depth of Corrections in which relieved him from being managed as a sex offender! He is merely a victim of the judicial system and most everyone knows someone who went thru and going thru the same thing! My husband has been approved by the courts to legally adopt my nullification children in which is not even an potion for any sex offender of any state! Due to the stipulation and facts surrounding or case the Asotin will be finalized in Jan 2015 as we have competed all assessments to include a financial evaluation to assure the court he can and will and had spurted these children with smoke finances! Concluding the fact that we ate most definitely not in despair! Now allow me to point out the fact that it was and absolutely or first disclosure to you all perspective landlords every fact surrounding him being a sex offender before during and after we moved in as my cousin is now the new mother to there grandson and lives with Joshua Lewis and his father Lyle Lewis in which were the only two we ever even met in regards to the rental property! In fact we were under specific order from both Joshua and Kyle to never disclose the amount of rent we paid nor the date we paid or anything about our rental agreement to Debi Lewis under no circumstances! That was a clear and evident concern with the judge that not only did Debi have no clue what was really going on but josh and Lyle are pretty good liars! FYI "squatting" is defined as an act of illegally occupying a building or structure that has been abandoned or vacant without having permission by the home/land owner. Not only did we enter into a legal binding rental contract with Lyle Lewis not Debi Lewis but paid or rent as well! Another thing as far as being forced to stay in the motel it is no different than the contract of a rental house! As a matter of fact I happened to have been a GMAIL for two different Hotels in Lawrence ks and know first hand that unpaid rents in a commercial housing property I.e. hotel/motel/inn/suite results in immediate disconnection of utilities as well as immediate lock out as I've unfortunately been in the position to take the action myself! Debi you should stop trying to redeem yourself and family as it's merely adding to our case against not only your son but all three of you! Furthermore, we are doing great and couldn't be more happy to assist the courts and law enforcement officers as well as the housing authority in shining the light on who you all really are and bringing you to justice once and for all! You will real what you show!

I would also say that Rickey's situation was Never disclosed for a couple months or you all NEVER would have lived there. I had my own Brother put in jail for a year for being a sex offender, Thank you. You also squatted at the Sunset Motel in Tonganoxie and it was sold and tore down or you would probably still be there. I spoke with the manager. Also, Josh would NEVER burn down OUR,NOT YOUR home. Josh Lewis the illigite son and partiall owner of Debi Lewis co owner and mother of this criminal has since been charged with 2 counts of criminal threat for threatening to burn our house down and it was on camera! He is in fact a drug dealer and they did not have sufficient evidence that we did not pay rent for any grounds for legal eviction, therefore having to take us to court several times as the acts of the ppl who claim to own this house is defined as DOMESTIC TERRORISM! Please before ever dealing with them check Joshua Lewis criminal background within leavenworth county as well as the domesticdisturbance and abuse within douglas county that both his mother and father condone against his pregnant girlfriend, as for Ricky being registered that is absolutely the first thing disclosed when renting anywhere and i am his alleged victim having been 15 and he was 18. They absolutely new of our situation and had the liberty to confirm the allegations within the sherriff office but seemings how it is MY relation in which Josh dates and abuses they were well aware of the scenario! It is clear they have much to hide given the content of there comments which can be reviewed by anyone at anytime as the information in concern is all public record! Beware! We rented this unfinished home for $800.00 a month. We turned Joshua in for his illegal activities that occured on our premises and are still complying in what is now a federal investigation against him and both of his parents as co-conspiratorsof such illegal activities! They are all crooked criminals and liers! As clearly displayed in these retalitory false accusations where as everything ihave attested to is public information with the exception of the ongoing state and federal investigations both criminal and fraudulant within the kansas housing authorities and commisioner streaming into the internal revenue service. I Debra Lewis Hull served Lacey Langford with a three day pay or quit notice and she threw it at me and hit me in the face with it. She then proceeded to tell me she was calling the police on me for trespassing on my own property so I called and waited for sheriff. She wrote a false police report and had her two children also be dishonest to the police. Lacey and Ricky filed at least a dozen false reports. None were picked up by DA. When we last went to court for repeated nonpayment, Mr. Huffman had the nerve to tell the judge it was hard to find someone to rent to him because he is a registered sex offender. So, we were supposed to continue to let them live for free. He was told by Judge to be out. I forgive them, but they are truly evil people. Good BYe, Good Ridance........Beware of them....

I'm actually the home owner and id just like to say first off this house is payed off, I own it free and clear! The house is actually a four bedroom, 5 bathroom house. It is not a duplex either. I only rented one side of my house out to Rick and Lacey Huffman or aka Lacey Langford for $600 a month when I normally got $1,500 a month out of one side. Lacey makes everyone feel sorry for her and takes advantage of good hard working honest people! She was selling her prescription hydrocodone out of my house to minors and Rick is an avid meth user, Also Rick Huffman is on parole for raping two minors and is now a registered sex offender which I wasn't aware of till later because he didn't tell me. Rick and Lacey both live like hoarders and destroy everything, I had to replace the windows, doors, toilets, carpet, etc the entire house had to be, gutted and remodeled and they only lived there five months, the sad thing was they only payed the first months rent and it took me the next four months in court to get them evicted because I was nice and let them move in without signing a lease. As far as my vehicles lol I have a clean and clear title to everyone of them. These low life's just want to slander me and my home because they're mad that I threw their squatting assess out! This home is currently rented to a family that loves the home and may buy it from me, my entire house rented for $2,200 a month because its 9,000 square foot with a five car garage, 5 acres and a 3 acre pond, I currently rent the house for $650 a month because I like my new tenants period, I'm a nice guy and I like to help people out that deserve!

This property is unfinished and not a 4 bedroom. I rented this property from Lyle Lewis and was a victim of criminal threats, oppressive retaliation, battered by the co owner Debra Lewis Hull and had to go through a nasty court procedure with them. They do not pay the mortgage on this house and will not put anything in writing and will only accept payments in cash so they dont have to claim rental income taxes. There son is a drug dealer and tore our property up, comes and goes as he pleases and has a stolen truck in the 3car garage attached to the part of the house they rent out! Beware of these dangerous criminals!
