Robert Edwards, I live in Inverness and this property is close to me. I just drove past it yesterday to see if it was forsale myself and to be honest.... I can't tell. I have seen so many homes in the last 2 weeks ei, ei, ei!!! But if I remember correctly I think this home did not sell becaus eowner wanted $53,000 and it was only worth something like $20??? meaning no known could assume a mortgage and he didn't want to peroform an owner financing so I believe it went into forclousre just recentely. I'm not positive so keep checking but that's what I remember thinking!

I just LOVE how this the listings NEVER mention Handy Man Special! I must say if you are familiar with the term of FUBAR then you understand! This home needs THOUSANDS of money to repair. It was a forclosure and the bank repossed. Couldn't sell property for $30,000.oo and so they took a loss and sold note for $14,500.oo to an out of state investor. The same day the same investor is asking $60,000.oo for same home with a $30,000.oo cash price discount. First off this home will never qualify through a convential lendar for this price and second off in my opinion the home is not worth $60,000.oo as first lender couldn't sell for $15,000.oo. HOME IS DESTROYED!!! All paneling and flooring must be replaced as they are either missing or broken. Every floor has dof fecas, urine vomit and holes or is buckled up by the moisture and mold this home is getting from not being properly sealed with correct windows and insulation. The garage is buckled with a big hole in roof due to a tree limb falling on it and the way the trees look over head the home could be a BIG concern of that being next. The water filter is not working and the water stains are thick brown. The ac is ripped apart and busted and the handeler is missing. The water pump is missing and that window is broken along with other windows of the home allowing moisture to seep in. The home smells of dog urine and mold and has sat empty with busted windows for a year a half so thats a problem. the appliances look as if they probably don't work not to mention their outdated. The lanolium has holes cut out and the purgo fake hardwood floors are buckled from moisture. The mirrors in home are smashed and the faucets in master bath are missing and broke off. Their's nail poish and crayons markings everywhere. There's holes in sinkes and every wall making them unusable. Trim is missing throughout home. & they even took 2 fan blades off fans so there not usable. Electrical is ripped and missing and the roof leaks. Blah, blah, blah, etc!!! See for yourself if you don't believe me! I just think it's hilarious they bought sight unseen for $14,500 and jacked price upto $60,000 same day. In my opinion the trailer, water pump house and garage make the land that's valued at $10,500 worth less by this money pit!!! Property is beautiful but neighborhood is what it is. For anyone considering this home... buyer beware and get estimates first.... snowbirds don't waste your time! Good Luck!!!

1103 S DOGWOOD TERRACE, INVERNESS, FLORIDA
the woman living in this house has been living there for the last 2 years. She is squatting in this home. She was recently Arrested on Jan 15 for trespassing,breaking and entering. She left her 5 children alone and traveled to her current baby's fathers home and snuck in and whispered in his ear. She was leaving these kids alone several times a week alone and chasing men. Leaving 5 children at night aging from 4 months to 11 yrs old. Dcf has been out several times but she is never there when they come out. She also has a very large doberman and a smaller puppy in the house. Animal control has been called about this dog many times. 5 kids and 2 dogs and herself living in a 2 bedroom house 1 bath and has no heat or a/c unit does not work. The sherriff has visited her to advise she needs to keep the dobie under control. That lasted 2 days. Now she lets the dog roam the neighborhood at night. She believes no one is watching. There is also a broken down white suv sitting in the front yard has been for 2 years. I recently moved into the neighborhood with my fiance. We have putup fencing to ensure they are safe and we are responsible pet owners. Her children have been removed from the home for their own safety. She works and gets cash assistance and using this house to live in with no reprocusions. She is getting a free ride and no consequences for her actions and her abusing the government assistance and squatting in this home witch is an eyesore and she has no so sense of responsibility and is not taking care of the house. She is living there ilegaley and figures she can until someone kicks her out. This has become a neighborhood problem. I am speaking out as I am new in the neighbor hood and have never had this type of situation to live with or deal with. And I refuse to let this continue. Something must be done. This is the 3rd time in 4 weeks I have spoken to her about keeping her dog on her property.
