When we lived in this house, there was a black mold problem on the East wall of the house that the owner refused to do anything about. To truly fix it would have required removing the entire east wall, likely replacing the studs in the wall and rebuilding it. Instead it appears as though the owner chose to install a sidewalk along the side of the house that would conceal the mold problem at the base of the house, as well as the wire that was attached to the upper story master bedroom that was pulling the siding loose so more moisture was accessible to soak the interior wall. I see the cosmetic changes of replacing some of the windows has been done, but the picture we saw of the house taken in 2012, still shows the problem with the roof, and the attic or eves - there was an open hole that allowed local squirrels to have entry into the attic and they were causing havoc with the wiring in the attic, which led to some electrical problems which the owner also refused to address. I see the trees and fence are entirely ripped out, new sidewalks to the house were poured. This does not address the basic structural problems with the house that was showing stress cracks and other problems of that nature. The plumbing lines were at least redone while we lived there, as there were water issues also, which contributed to the instability of the slab concrete the house sits on. Good luck to anyone wanting to purchase this property, it needs a Thorough Inspection by a Qualified Housing Inspector, particularly examine the exterior walls and bathrooms for mold. There was a problem with the upstairs bathtub also that was going to require some extensive 'redoing'. As well as the electrical lines checked thoroughly for circuit breaks. Some of the outlets and light switches did Not function correctly. The worst part of this, we rented it and lived there for awhile, and reported All the things I am mentioning here now, and the property manager at the time ignored all our requests to fix things in a timely manner, and when the owner eventually found out about the problems, he 'was going to' fix things, but didn't 'get around to it'. So these conditions existed for quite some time, and from the looks of the exterior east wall, I would venture to say it was NOT correctly fixed regarding the black mold problem. I believe there is some recourse for a buyer when the owner and property manager are both Aware of issues with a house and they fail to inform a potential buyer or even renter of the issues that would cause respiratory issues or electrical fires, or sewage backup conditions, and they behave as though they were unaware of the problems. Believe me, they WERE informed, multiple times, but failed to do anything to fix the house to make it more inhabitable for us as tenants, so we moved out to a place less hazardous to our health and well-being.
